EV Pump Services Private Limited (“EV Pump”) operates and manages the electric vehicle charging services, including the EV Pump Mobile Application and EV Pump Cards (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the EV Pump Mobile Application (the “App”) and any related services offered by EV Pump. By using the App, the Service, or by sending information to us via email or other electronic methods, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Occasionally, you may receive offers from other businesses through the App. If you choose to accept such offers, you may be required to provide information directly to those businesses. EV Pump is not responsible for any information shared with third-party businesses.
EV Pump does not share User Information with third parties in a manner that personally identifies you, except under the following circumstances:
(a) As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of EV Pump’s assets or business
(b) With service providers, business associates, partners, or contractors assisting in Service delivery

We may share aggregated, non-identifiable data with partners or advertisers for analysis or promotional purposes. Such data does not personally identify you.
To protect your data, EV Pump uses secure server software and encryption measures when transmitting information. We also implement standard industry practices to prevent unauthorized access.
However, the App and Service rely on software, hardware, and networks that may occasionally require maintenance or experience issues beyond our control. EV Pump is not responsible for security breaches arising from such circumstances.
We retain User Information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and purpose of use.
The App may include links to third-party websites. Accessing these external sites is at your own risk. EV Pump is not responsible for the accuracy, security, or content of external websites. Providing such links does not imply endorsement.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in Mumbai, India.
